We are located on the first floor of the Green Hills Apartments building on the corner of Abbott Martin and Hillsboro Circle. Our entrance is located on the rear of the building, which is also where you will park.

We are out-of-network for all insurance. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and checks as a means of payment. We will provide you with a "superbill" that contains all of the necessary information to file with your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement. You may want to call your insurance provider first to inquire about these benefits and whether you must first meet a deductible.
