Group Therapy

What is SPACE Parenting Group? SPACE stands for Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions and is a parent-based treatment program created by Dr. Eli Lebowitz for children and adolescents with anxiety, OCD and related problems. It is a skills-based, training group rather than a “process” group. Parents can bring up these things as it relates to the parenting of their anxious child, if they wish, but this won’t be explicitly asked of them.
