• The entire Kids Health by Nemours website, which is broken down into sections for parents, teens, and children. I love the Emotions & Behavior resource section for parents.

• The Secrets of Happy Families by Bruce Feiler – A straightforward and helpful book about positive parenting and establishing healthy family dynamics
• Driven to Distraction: Recognizing and Coping with Attention Deficit Disorder from Childhood through Adulthood by Edward M. Hallowell, M.D. & John J. Ratey, M.D. – An oldie but goodie helpful in understanding one’s own ADHD or that of a loved one.
• Codependent No More by Melody Beattie – Another oldie but goodie helpful in learning to establish and maintain healthy boundaries in relationships. Workbook also available.
